Petanque at Beach in Christmas Festa

Petanque at Beach in Christmas Festa 2008 which is held by Shonan Hiratsuka Beach Club was plain successful.  It was beautiful day and the photo shows, the terrain was near ocean.  We have invited team from Sagamihara to have doublet match-up in Tokyo Petanque League style, since both team will newly enter the league next year.  We somehow managed to win 4:2, but to my eyes the skill and experience of Sagamihara team was far advanced compare to us.  Even as opponent, I was spectating Mr.F's pointing skill and admired...  Every member can point or shoot with high accuracy...  Slice and Fook shot was natural to them, too...  To be honest, I do not know how we managed to win.  My guess is that our strategy to feed them early paid off.  Also the overwhelming site of open water and beach volleyball babes near by has made little trick on Sagamihara team. 

湘南ひらつかビーチクラブ主催のクリスマスフェスタ2008において、ペタンク体験会を無事成功させました。　素晴らしい日和に恵まれ、写真のように眼下に海を臨みながらのイベントでした。　相模原よりチームをお招きし、Tokyo Petanque League形式のダブレットによるチーム対抗戦を行いました。　これは来シーズン互いに同リーグに参戦予定としているからです。　なぜか４対２と勝たせていただきましたが、技術と経験は明らかに相模原の皆様が数段上を行かれておりました。　私など、対戦中にも関わらず、F田さんの素晴らしいポワンテを一観客のように見とれておりました・・　相模原の皆さんは全員、ポワンテでもティールでも実に正確だし・・　変化球も当たり前だし・・　いや～本当にどうやって勝つ事ができたのか不思議なばかり。　恐らく勝因は、早々から食事やドリンクで必要以上にくつろいでいただいた事と、広がる海や、ビーチバレーの女子選手などを近くに見る興奮とが、我々に有利の働いたのではないでしょうか（笑。　成績は以下の通りです。
